  • Provide graphic design support services to assist CISA in developing and presenting information on cross- organization initiatives and programs in a manner that reinforces the agency style standards and adheres to design and accessibility best practices and legal requirements.

  • Developed various levels of interactive content to enhance the training, learning, and marketing of the materials for the agency.

  • Designed and modeled interactive exercises of rendered 3D environments to improve the training for law enforcement personnel based on trends and tactics utilized on the nation’s highways.

  • Worked closely with the government client, Instructional Designers and SMEs to develop policies, lesson plans, course interfaces, scenario exercises, and instructional video content.

  • Consulted with federal staff to support content being pushed to the Training Management System.

  • Created marketing videos for NTC programs going through the FLETA accreditation process that outline statistics, goals/mission, and provide a general overview of the training.

  • Created 508 compliant documents and e-Learning courses that adhere to the WCAG 2.0 Guidelines such as reading order, tab navigation, user hotkeys, color/contrast standards, cc narration, and accessibility text for on-screen items.

  • Provided support to corporate and center projects as a member of multiple courseware development teams, quality assurance/control review team, and marketing development.
